1. Definitions
- Platform: the digital platform that allows users to request and manage surrogate Umrah services.
- User: any person who registers on the platform to request or perform surrogate Umrah.
- Performer: the person who performs Umrah on behalf of the beneficiary.
- Beneficiary: the person for whom Umrah is performed, whether deceased or unable to perform it personally.
2. Registration Requirements
- Users must register on the platform using accurate and valid information.
- The performer must be religiously and physically qualified to perform Umrah rituals.
- Users and performers may be required to provide identity verification, such as a national ID or passport.
3. Sharia Requirements
- The intention to perform Umrah on behalf of the beneficiary must be clear at the time of entering Ihram.
- The service provider commits to performing the rituals according to approved Islamic rulings.
- The beneficiary must be clearly identified when the request is submitted, including full name and any necessary details.
4. User Rights
- The user has the right to a refund if the service is not performed according to the agreed terms.
- The user has the right to receive a documented report confirming Umrah completion, including the execution date and photos or video when available.
- The platform is committed to verifying the reliability of the performing party and following up on service completion.
5. Platform Rights
- The platform reserves the right to reject or cancel any request that violates these terms and conditions.
- The platform may update these terms and conditions to improve service quality.
- The platform is not responsible for errors or circumstances outside its control during Umrah performance, such as natural disasters or government decisions.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The user may cancel the request before service execution begins, and the amount will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
- If the performer is unable to complete Umrah due to force majeure, the amount may be refunded or a new date may be scheduled.
7. Privacy Policy
- The platform administration is committed to protecting the confidentiality of user information and not sharing it with external parties except as necessary.
- Data is used only for service fulfillment and improving the user experience.
8. General Provisions
- The platform is governed by the local laws and regulations of the country in which it operates.
- Any dispute between the user and the platform will be resolved amicably whenever possible, or through the competent legal authorities.
